mmmmm... the best way to cook the thanksgiving turkey. if you've never done it before, be careful. it's easy to set a massive fire.

Awesome!
Turkey smoked over Cherry or Hickory is pretty damn good too. But the skin is pretty much inedible when Smoked.
Have you tried deep fried Hot Dogs?

I have a smoker and yeah turkey is great. I usually use apple wood.
I have had one at a fair but haven't attempted to cook one.

While you've got the oil going, you could make some corn dogs too. Or, chicken fried bacon.

I haven't tried Apple for anything but Pork. I may be missing out.
If you have a Fry Daddy or other small fryer I highly recommend experimenting with Hot Dogs and Bacon. Just drop it in. It's not worth firing a big fryer up for.

I smoked mozzarella cheese last month. Put it on a pizza. Tasty stuff. I don't have a small fryer. I only break out the big guy on holidays.
